Utilize excess hot water and steam generated from recycling processes (such as oil refining, EO/EG, styrene, EVA, polypropylene, caprolactam, etc.) as the heat source for a lithium bromide unit to produce chilled water at 5℃ and above, meeting the process cooling requirements. Taking a certain petrochemical plant as an example, the total cooling capacity is 41,856 kW through the recovery of waste heat using a hot water-type lithium bromide absorption unit. Compared to electric refrigeration, with an annual operating time of 8,000 hours.
