Energy and Power
Heating Station Large Temperature Difference Heat PumpBy using large temperature difference heat pump units to lower the return water temperature of the primary network, the heat transfer capacity of the heating network is improved. Compared with traditional boiler room heating, for every 1 million square meters increase, large temperature difference heat pumps can save 27,600 tons of standard coal annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 69,000 tons annually.Power Plant Waste Heat RecoveryRecover the heat from the cooling tower in winter. Using steam extracted from the turbine as the driving heat source, the return water temperature of the primary network is increased through a steam-type lithium bromide absorption heat pump to save boiler energy consumption. For example, in a certain power plant, the total amount of waste heat recovered by using a steam-type lithium bromide absorption heat pump unit to recover the heat from the cooling tower is approximately 62MW, with an annual operating time of 3600 hours.
