Thirty Years of Excellence, Unwavering Commitment: Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning and Refrigerantion Celebrates its 30th Anniversary
Time flies, and 2022 marks the 30th anniversary of Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning and Refrigerantion. To acknowledge the past, celebrate the present, and envision the future, an employee symposium celebrating the 30th anniversary was held on the morning of November 2nd. The symposium was attended by veteran employees who have worked diligently at the company for 30 years, employee representatives who share the company's birthday, and employee representatives from various departments representing different age groups. The conference room table was arranged with specially ordered Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning and Refrigerantion 30th-anniversary Coca-Cola bottles to spell out "30th Anniversary," enhancing the atmosphere and resonating with the attendees.
The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Yasuda. Department representatives spoke in turn, in order of their seniority. Veteran employees recounted their journey of growth with the company and the hardships they overcame to ensure the completion of production tasks. Younger employees shared how they were influenced by the older generation of entrepreneurs, their aspirations to join the company, and their memories of striving to achieve their dreams. Their heartfelt and genuine accounts expressed their sincere affection for the company and their desire to work together to create further brilliance. General Manager Cai engaged in sincere conversations with each employee representative, offering thoughtful comments.
That evening, the company invited President Ji of Iceberg Group, Chairman Yoko of Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning and Refrigerantion, and other leaders to a celebratory banquet. The banquet was hosted by Vice President Ohkouchi. General Manager Cai, Chairman Yoko, and President Ji each delivered speeches, reviewing the company's history and expressing high hopes for the future. The celebration concluded with a ceremonial cutting of the anniversary cake to mark Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning and Refrigerantion's 30th anniversary.
