Juli Petrochemical|Bingshan Sonyo Refrigeration debuts at the China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Equipment Exhibition, jointly pursuing a 'zero-carbon future'

Bingshan Sonyo Refrigeration made its appearance at the 26th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE2026), held from March 26 to 28, 2026, at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing. As a professional brand specializing in refrigeration and heating for industrial energy conservation, Bingshan Songyang Refrigeration participated with the core theme of "Uniting for Petrochemicals, Building a Zero-Carbon Future Together," showcasing advanced energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies alongside scenario-based solutions. The company collaborated with industry peers to explore new green transformation pathways in the petroleum and petrochemical sector, fully demonstrating its technical expertise and innovative achievements in the industrial low-carbon field.

Major Exhibit 1: Absorption Steam Generating Device (High-Temperature Steam Heat Pump)

This product is a two-stage, type II absorption heat pump driven primarily by industrial waste heat, capable of raising low-temperature waste heat above 60°C (such as hot water or waste steam) by 85°C, producing saturated steam up to 175°C. It achieves efficient coupling of waste heat recovery and steam production, significantly reducing steam usage costs and providing strong support for energy saving, carbon reduction, and stable production in petrochemical enterprises.

Deeply cultivate low-carbon technology and jointly explore industry transformation

① High-efficiency breakthrough in waste heat grade: Breaks the conventional heat pump temperature limit, increasing low-temperature waste heat by up to 85°C, directly producing saturated steam, significantly enhancing the utilization value of waste heat.

② Benchmark-level low consumption and high efficiency: Tested and certified by authoritative institutions, this product demonstrates stable and reliable performance, capable of recovering industrial waste heat as the main driving heat source, reducing steam usage costs by over 35%, reaching top industry standards.

③ Full-scenario process compatibility: Compatible with circulating water, seawater, and other special cooling water qualities, while also suitable for recovering waste heat from multi-component process gases, without requiring modifications to the existing production process, offering strong adaptability and easy implementation.

④ Adopts absorption vacuum technology: Utilizes waste heat to drive a non-electric high-temperature steam heat pump.

Application Scenarios:

Widely applicable in the chemical, petrochemical, and other industries where low-temperature waste heat above 60°C exists and there is a demand for medium- and low-pressure steam or power generation in production processes. In applied scenarios, most projects have an investment payback period of 2 to 3 years, with significant economic and environmental benefits.

Major Exhibit Two: 'Zero-Carbon Future' Interactive Sandbox

As the core display carrier for Bingshan Sonyo Refrigeration to implement the vision of 'Becoming a Creator of Green Energy,' the 'Zero-Carbon Future' interactive sand table presents immersive experiences and comprehensively showcases the implementation path of low-carbon energy heating and cooling solutions. This sand table deeply integrates the company's independently developed patented technologies with industry benchmark application scenarios, focusing on key elements such as waste heat recovery, multi-energy complementarity, air energy, absorption and centrifugal refrigeration/heat pumps. Through intuitive, scenario-based presentations, it clearly outlines for exhibition visitors feasible heating and cooling solutions for achieving zero-carbon campus construction in industrial fields like petrochemicals and coal chemicals, offshore fields such as ships and platforms, and commercial fields including schools and hospitals, becoming a highlight of the exhibition.

The sand table covers two main sections: urban building scenarios (schools, residences, commercial complexes, airports, hospitals, etc.) and industrial production scenarios (cogeneration, steel, coking, coal chemicals, petrochemicals, offshore equipment, etc.). Each scenario is equipped with customized energy-saving and carbon-reducing solutions precisely matching the energy needs of different sectors. During the exhibition, visitors experienced firsthand through the sand table the practical application results and value of Bingshan Sonyo Refrigeration's low-carbon heating and cooling technologies in scenarios such as industrial waste heat cascade utilization and efficient urban energy supply, further deepening their understanding of the company's technological strength and the advantages of its solutions.
