Recently, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology's website announced that Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning and Refrigerantion (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is one of the second batch of pilot enterprises for the 2022 Liaoning Provincial Two-integration Management System Standardization.
In 2022, under the guidance of the business principles of commitment, adherence to orthodoxy, and seeking change, Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning and Refrigerantion (Dalian) Co., Ltd. focused on building a business innovation engine. Starting with digitalization and informatization, it integrated two core aspects: refined business management and intelligent upgrading of manufacturing. This supported the company's transformation. It successively improved business processes in procurement, production, design, and marketing, continuously promoting product upgrades, improving the advancement of product production processes, and creating advanced and efficient management and production levels. In terms of information technology hardware, it updated nearly 100 pieces of equipment, including computers for office and production lines, paperless visualization equipment, digital bending machines, and automatic welding robots. In terms of information technology software, it comprehensively upgraded management systems for working hours, BOM, original price, fixed assets, and workshop tasks, and simultaneously developed the SCM-Navi data transmission system. This significantly reduced management and production time, effectively improving the overall coordinated control capabilities of supply, sales, inventory, and finance, and enhancing the company's overall operational efficiency.
In October of the same year, under the strict review of the China Classification Society, Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning and Refrigerantion passed the two-integration standardization audit in one go and was recommended as a pilot unit for the Liaoning Provincial Two-integration Standardization. It has now passed the audit.
